Antioxidant, Antimicrobial, and Photocatalytic Potential of Cobalt Fluoride (CoF2) Nanoparticles

چکیده
Herein, CoF2 nanoparticles (NPs) are prepared by simple coprecipitation method and characterized various techniques, i.e., XRD, SEM/EDX, FTIR, UV/Vis, for their structure identification. As-prepared nanostructures were used as photocatalyst, antioxidant, antimicrobial agent. The degradation studies of the samples carried out specific time methylene blue (MLB) dye under a UV/visible spectrophotometer to determine decolorization change in concentration MLB with respect time. antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli (E. coli) Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis) was measured well diffusion serial dilution efficiency these two bacteria, through dose-dependent method. further confirmed experimental bacteria calculation minimum inhibition (MIC). antioxidant (radical scavenging activity) NPs also assessed.
